Summary0000939: SVG color output
Description

When generating SVG files, dot copies the color name directly onto the file.
It then conflicts with the SVG color names.

For example, the color green in dot has an RGB value of (0, 255, 0) when the SVG green is (0, 128, 0).
The correct SVG name is lime.

It makes some problems when a file like the one attached is exported either in PNG and in SVG as colors don't match.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph G {
a [color=green]
}
Additional Information
It doesn't happen for every colors.

[ellson] Its really unfortunate that SVG chose to define color names differently than X11 (which are the primary names that dot uses).

If the user provides a color by name then the result is renderer-specific.
In the case of SVG output, dot assumes that color strings mean the SVG colors. (If we translated the names to RGB
values then there would be no way for the user to get the SVG colors by name.)

If the user wants a color to be the same in SVG and PNG output then the color needs to be specified by RGB value.

In my opinion this is not a bug, or at least, not a graphviz bug.
