Summary0000895: Parse error in linux and not in windows

graph parser: parse error near line 29
context: >>> [ <<< 1] 16348
dotty.lefty: giving up on dot
dotty.lefty: graph that causes dot
dotty.lefty: to fail has been saved in file
dotty.lefty: please fill out a bug report at [^]

The weirdest part is that I can open the same file using dotty on windows,
and other people can use the same Linux version to open this file.
So, I am guessing it must be to do with my environment, but cannot find how.
Would appreciate any help.

I get this problem on every file in Linux -- a parse error on the last line.
Very peculiar.
Additional Information

[erg] Probably the shell printing something on startup. See bug 549.

[tamarah.arons] That was the problem.
Thanks very much!
