Summary0000818: Ill-positioned cluster edges from fdp
Description

It was intended that node F be inside cluster Proc14, but outside of Proc8 and proc7. fdp version 2.2 places F inside Proc7 and prints a warning
"Warning: tail node F inside head cluster clusterProc8".

The output of fdp (combinat2a.dot) has clearly placesd F wrongly in the hierarchy.

The second problem is that the connections to subgraphs are placed incorrectly.
Additional Information

[erg] The warning comes from the edge F -- R12 in clusterProc8, which
means F belongs to clusterProc8, and we don't support such cluster edges yet.
