Summary0000785: Crash in dot.exe with long argument list
Description

I'm using GraphViz in combination with Doxygen (http://www.doxygen.org/ [^])
for some C# projects. Doxygen has the habit of producing very long
file names, sometimes this causes dot.exe to crash.

Doxygen is using the command line
C:\\Programme\\ATT\\GraphViz\\bin\\dot.exe "some_really_very_long_filename_that_doxygen_produced_when_parsing_my_sources__.dot" -Tsvg -o "some_really_very_long_filename_that_doxygen_produced_when_parsing_my_sources__.png" (217 chars)

The file being processed is contained in
C:\\Proj\\Test\html\\ (20 chars)

With absolute file names, that would make 217 + 20 (.dot path) + 20 (.svg path) = 257 chars.
