Summary0000776: Nested clusters don't work
Description

Try dot -Tgif error2.dti > error2.gif
The output (three parallel clusters) is not as expected.
Expected is a cluster XY containing cluster X and Y.
Additional Information

[erg] In DOT semantics, clusters are not first-class objects. In particular,
they can't be used as the head or tail of an edge nor referenced by
name within another context. Thus, in your case, the cluster_X and
cluster_Y within cluster_XY are treated as nodes.

Cluster inclusion needs to be done lexically, that is, the subclusters
have to be defined literally inside the enclosing cluster:

<CD>
digraph M {
    A -> B
    C -> D
    subgraph cluster_XY { label="XY";
      subgraph cluster_X { label="X"; A;B; }
      subgraph cluster_Y { label="Y"; C;D; }
    }
}

</CD>
