Summary0000766: GVEdit: window placement out of place
Description

I ran GVEdit from the command line (a VS2005 command prompt, if it matters).

The initial window placement was far to the left of my dual-monitor setup.

Specifically my windows desktop width is 3840 by 1200, with a range of
-1920 to positive 1920. I suspect the initial placement routine is
taking the width and dividing by two, without concern for the actual
range of the values on the monitors.

both are Dell 2407 FPW monitors.
Steps To Reproduce

None necessary.
Additional Information
My suggestion is to center on the MAIN monitor, rather than on the DESKTOP.
