Summary0000706: Problem with mapping coordinates when using circles in dot file

There is a error in map file generated when using -Tcmapx option to get
client side maps.
The error occurs when circles are used in the graph, and is because of
error in which dot gives mapping for circle. It uses:
(center point (x, y), radial point on cicumfrence(y)), while html
understands it as (center point (x, y), radius(r)).

However problem can be circumvented by running a perl script
on the output before embedding the map file in html.
Steps To Reproduce
digraph bug { // check the map for "c" using -Tcmapx
a [shape ="circle", URL = "null"]
b [shape ="circle", URL = "null"]
c [shape ="circle", URL = "null"]
                     //map for "c" is incorrect
                    //error in a and b smaller as their
                    //y distance is small
Additional Information
Graphviz, is a very useful tool, we can make it better if we
isolate and fix all the bugs. I have used it for my project: veriviz,

Change the mapping, somewhere in the source code.
i.e. if current map for circle is (x,y, y1)
make it (x,y,(y1-y))
