Summary0000673: Label text background color in Windows EMF output
Description

The Enhanced Metafile output format (for Windows) of a graph paints
the node text with a text background color different from the node
fill color, while it should not overwrite the node fill color.
Additional Information

The Windows Enhanced Metafile is an old file format and available only
in Windows, however it is good because it is scalable and fast like
SVG rendering, it is not raster like PNG.

FIX-COMMENT
Maybe the program is missing to set the transparent mode for text output
in this format. If the program uses Win32 API to create the Enhanced
Metafile then it should call SetBkMode on the hDC with parameter
TRANSPARENT before painting text.
