Summary0000643: tclpkg/gv ignores --disable-tcl
Description

When configured with
  --disable-tcl

I get the compile error

<CD>
---snip---
creating libgv_ruby.la
(cd .libs && rm -f libgv_ruby.la && ln -s ../libgv_ruby.la libgv_ruby.la)
tclsh ./gv_doc_writer.tcl "."
/bin/sh: tclsh: command not found

make[1]: *** [all-recursive] Error 1

</CD>

Also tried adding --without-tclsh --without-wish
Additional Information

[ellson]
Disable-tcl disables the tcl API. Tclsh is still required for building as tcl is used by some build scripts.
<CD>
Suggested workaround:
   a) install tclsh
   b) install graphviz from binary rpms.
</CD>
