Summary0000635: graph images absurdly large from not that very large input files
Description

for small files dot works fine.

the input file given to dotty displays fine in a window on X11.

when i do "dot -Tgif -o f.gif x.dot" i get a 23276x12250 GIF
this also fails for jpeg output

i would just say, well it does not handle big files,
but dotty works just fine.
Additional Information
the output file is 800kb, i can send it if you really want

[ellson] Try using a vector format such as -Tsvg for
larger graphs.

[erg] Or use the size attribute to limit the size of the rendered image. Given the graph, the drawing size is
quite reasonably largish (20 x 13 feet), so any bitmap output is necessarily huge.
