Summary0000601: pinning down nodes works in Windows, but not in Linux

 I have a problem pinning down nodes in neato but only when I’m using
it on Linux (Fedora Core 5).
The simple program below generates the correct graph on Windows, but
on Linux the position of the nodes is determined by neato, and my
coordinates are being ignored.

I was using the command:
neato -ooutfile infile

Here is the dot file that was created on linux, which shows the
modified coordinates of each node.
graph G {
      node [label="\N"];
      graph [bb="0,0,92,180"];
      test [pos="54,162", width="0.75", height="0.50"];
      test1 [pos="27,90", width="0.75", height="0.50"];
      test2 [pos="54,18", width="0.75", height="0.50"];
      test -- test1 [pos="47,144 43,133 38,119 33,108"];
      test1 -- test2 [pos="34,72 38,61 43,47 48,36"];
      test2 -- test [pos="57,36 59,46 62,60 63,72 64,87 64,92 63,108 62,120 59,134 57,144"];
Steps To Reproduce

graph G {
test [pos="0,0!"]
test1 [pos="0,1!"]
test2 [pos="1,0!"]
test -- test1 -- test2 -- test
