Summary0000057: Viewing PS output of large graphs fails
Description

Viewers crash on PostScript output of large graphs which
are scaled down.

[erg] When a large graph is scaled down, the scale factor is very small.
Unfortunately, psgen uses %.4f to output the scale factor. This is not
enough precision, so the number becomes 0. This, in turn, upsets
PostScript intrpreters (e.g., dividing by 0).
