Summary0000544: Inocrrect graph label position when rankdir=BT
Description

I need to draw a graph from bottom to top (rankdir="BT") but then the label
of the graph covers the cluster's space.
Without the rankdir option the drawing is correct.
I'm using version 1.16 under Linux.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph "Grafo" {

  label="xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx"
  labelloc="t"
  labeljust="l"
  rankdir="BT"
  clusterrank="local"

  subgraph cluster0 {
    labelloc="t"
    labeljust="c"
    label="Cluster 0"
    "00" [shape="point"];
    "01" [shape="point"];
    "00" -> "01";
  }
  subgraph cluster1 {
    labelloc="t"
    labeljust="c"
    label="Cluster 1"
    "10" [shape="point"];
    "11" [shape="point"];
    "10" -> "11";
  }
}
