Summary0000527: Missing include files for use of GraphViz as a library
Description

I try to compile the samples from GraphVizDrawing Library
Manual, 15 April 2003.
This code cannot be compiled because (at least) the file "gvrenderint.h" is
missing.
Also the signature of the functions described in the manual differs from
what is written in the header files.
Additionally the description of the API in this manual is quite confusing.
Please provide more practical and sophisticated examples of how to use the
API.
One good example is more valuable than several code snippets without a
context.
Additional Information

The API (header, libs) shall be available separately from the
executables (dot.exe etc.).
An html-based API description (e.g. doxygen) would be very helpful to master
the API

I don't know why this should be missing. Looks OK in latest development sources and Linux builds.

Please provide specific examples of documentation problems.

See dot.demo/ in the source tree.

Doxygen uses dot in a pipe, AFAIK, so its "API" is just a graph file in dot format.
