Summary0000516: tclConfig.sh and tkConfig.sh detection can fail on 64-bit systems
Description

Architecture: x86_64

This architecture uses /usr/lib64; the configure script only looks for tclConfig.sh and tkConfig.sh in /usr/lib.

Detection fails, and the RPM refuses to build.

Additional Information
This problem occurs on all Linux platforms that can run both 32-bit and 64-bit executables: powerpc64, s390x and x86_64 (maybe others)
