PlatformOSx86-Linux-GentooOS Version
Summary0000429: Segmentation fault on relatively big input file (constraint)
Description

On the given input file dot crashes with a Segmentation fault. I tried it
on a debian with version 1.10 and also on a gentoo using versions 1.12 and
1.13.

It only says Segmentation fault and aborts the program.

<CD>
I called dot using:
$ dot -Tgif generateHierachy.txt -o result.gif
</CD>

If I remove the definition of the edges from the file, dot prints the
following to the screen but it generates an outputfile:
Error: Could not find/open font: Times in /... (list of dictionaries)

If I remove some of the edges from the edn of the file dot aborts
conversion with:
lt-dot: mincross.c:964: transpose_step: Assertion `(v)->u.order < (w)->u.order' failed.
Aborted
