Summary0000416: Unicode support inside label=<<Table>
Description

I'm able to show Hangul (Korean) font with

node [fontname="Batang" label="±¹°¡º° »çÀÌ Æ®"];

But I've been unsuccesful to get this inside the <TABLE> format.

I tried various scenarios:
<CD>
node [label=<
<TABLE BORDER="0" CELLBORDER="1" CELLSPACING="0">
  <TR><TD><FONT FACE="Batang" COLOR="red">±¹°¡º° »çÀÌÆ®</FONT></TD></TR>
</TABLE>>];
</CD>

Or the combination with fontname

<CD>
struct2 [fontname="Batang" label=<
<TABLE BORDER="0" CELLBORDER="1" CELLSPACING="0">
  <TR><TD PORT="f0">one</TD><TD><FONT FACE="Batang" COLOR="red">±¹°¡º° »çÀÌÆ®</FONT></TD></TR>
</TABLE>>];
</CD>

Often I noticed that the FACE prefered the full file name reference
Like: Batang.ttf But this had no success as well.

This makes me wonder if anybody had Unicode formated correctly inside
a table cell?
Steps To Reproduce

digraph G {
node [shape=plaintext];
2 [fontname="Batang" label="±¹°¡º° »çÀÌ Æ® works"];
5 [fontname="Batang" label=<<TABLE><TR><TD BGCOLOR="blue">
   Â°Â¡ÂºÂ° not working
   </TD></TR>
   <TR><TD BGCOLOR="yellow"><FONT COLOR="red" FACE="Batang.ttf">°¡º° not working</FONT></TD></TR>
   <TR><TD BGCOLOR="green"><FONT COLOR="black" FACE="Forte.ttf">working</FONT></TD></TR>
   </TABLE>>];
5 -> 2 [label="5-2"];
2 -> 5 [label="23"];
}
Additional Information

If you could just confirm that this is a problem,
if so I try to see if I can fix it.

[Marco]
The problem is in how the XmlCharacterData is handled. There is an
attempt to eliminate whitespace, but this accidently removes all
the unicode characters.

It seems to be not that easy to write a general handler to strip whitespace
