Summary0000412: neato freezes when edges are removed
Description

I have a site which draws graphs of bibliographies automatically, based on links
stored in a database. To my surprise, a bibliography which rendered just fine would no
longer render when I *removed* an edge. I downloaded the DOT and ran it on another
Mac (OS X 1.3.4) and saw the same problems. I tried removing other edges, each in turn,
and found five edges that would cause neato to hang:
<CD>
"modeling-instruction" -> "modeling-assessment" [ arrowsize="0.5" ];
"modeling-work" -> "nunes93" [ arrowsize="0.5" ];
"modeling-modelsof" -> "pollak97" [ arrowsize="0.5" ];
"modeling-examples" -> "burghes82" [ arrowsize="0.5" ];
"modeling-wordprob" -> "zawojewski03" [ arrowsize="0.5" ];
</CD>

I was deleting lines by hand, so I may have missed one. However, I didn't see anything
in common among these edges -- some of them are the sole link to a node, some are not.
There are no cycles in the original graph.

I apologize for the huge example. The included file renders, but removing any of the above
lines will hang neato.
