Summary0000396: Edge overlap with only five nodes, even with overlap=scale
Description

Edges connecting STE12 with FUS1 (blue, directed)
and CAX4 (green, un-directed) lie on top of one another,
making it difficult to read. This is strange, given that
there is plenty of space, and so few nodes.

For me, this problem is both aesthetic and minorly dysfunctional:
if I can't see the edges properly, it reduces the utility of the
graph.

Otherwise, I'm very happy with GraphViz, especially with the
pace at which it continues to move forward, and remains open
to input from the user community.
