Summary0000390: text label size calculcated incorrectly for libgd builtin fonts
Description
labels with builtin fonts are noticably smaller than the sizes we estimate for them
Steps To Reproduce
digraph a { "BEARING POINT ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXUZ" [fontname=xyz] }
Additional Information
My hunch is that the code in gd_textline() that defaults to a builtin libgd font
(depending on the font size requested) should be factored out so that gd_textsize() can
have the same definitions.

[ek] if you look at this gif file, there's a lot of empty space in each node.
I'm guessing that's because the font metrics for the font don't match
the font. this was generated with a dot that's built without libfreetype.
I do this because converting libfreetype to build with nmake is a lot
of work (the thing is pretty big) and I haven't had time.

Sample \<A HREF=b451.dot\>input\</A\> and \<A HREF=b451.gif\>output\</A\>.
