Summary0000344: Arrow placement on close nodes
Description

When nodes are too close together, the placement of arrowheads in neato
becomes erratic. In the example below, the head is horizontal, and
points to the center of node def. If 0.40 is changed to 0.60, there
is a bit more room. The point of the arrowhead just touches node def,
as it should, but the body extends into the interior of node abc.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph G {
  abc -> def [len=0.40];
}
