Summary0000307: Non ISO-Latin1 charset problem
Description

Labels containing different charset than Latin1 (Latin2 in my case)
are rendered as Latin1, which leads to wrong characters in the output.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph nonenglish {
    1 [label="ì¹èøŸýáíé"];
}
Additional Information

You need to switch to ISO-8859-2 to see the example correctly.
There are 9 accented letters. No 3/4 or upper indexes.

[erg] That is precisely the point. dot uses the Times font by default,
which is at best Latin-1. The user needs to specify an appropriate
font to handle Latin-2.
