Summary0000285: Unexpected warning issued with nested graphs

Dot issues an unexpected warning when nested subgraphs are present in
the input file (note: this is a recent behavior, it does not happen
with graphviz version 20030911). The output appears to be correct so
it's a "minor" bug; however, these warning are logged by the web server.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph "TEST" {
  compound = true;
  subgraph cluster_ALPHA {
  A -> B;
  subgraph cluster_BETA {
    subgraph cluster_GAMMA {
  D -> X [lhead=cluster_GAMMA];
Additional Information

Output file only shows the resulting diagram, which is as expected.
Surprisingly, deleting the `A -> B;' line supresses the warning.
TagsNo tags attached.
Changes made in 1.15 were incorrect. This means that dot output will
not be as compact if a node/edge/subgraph is declared before an
edge[...] or node[...] statement, but this has been true for a long
