DescriptionRunning dot X11 viewer with graph data from pipe causes 100% CPU usage.
Steps To Reproduce$ dot -V
dot - graphviz version 2.38.0 (20140413.2041)
$ cat > test.dot
digraph {
1 -> 2;
}
$ dot -Tx11 test.dot # OK
$ cat test.dot | dot -Tx11 # 100% CPU usage

I see the same behaviour on Fedora-22 with latest snapshots.

This mode is supposed to be capable of supporting multiple graphs
on the input pipe, for animations. Clearly it is not waiting efficiently for the next graph on the pipe.
