Summary0002492: dot concentrate places arrow at a wrong location
DescriptionIn a digraph with concentrate=true the upwards pointing concentrated edge is missing the arrow at the head. The arrow is placed instead at the fork.

See edge h->a in the example below.

  concentrate=true;
  a->b->c->d;
  b->f->c;
  b->g->h->d;
  g->c;

  d->a;

}
Additional InformationThere must always be an arrow at the _end_ of a unidirectional edge.
