DescriptionSir, thanks in advance for having provided an opportunity to clarify the installation procedure.

i have downloaded graphviz-2.38 from your website and currently using Protege 4.1, when trying to run owlviz even after changing the path in the Preferences, still i get the same error.

kindly help.

The first question is whether the Graphviz installation is okay and runs as expected. Try running gvedit (C:\Program Files\Graphviz2.38\bin\gvedit.exe). You should find gvedit in the shortcut menu. If you can use that to create and view a graph, then Graphviz is working and the problem is one with owlviz and how it interacts with Graphviz. In that case, you need to contact an owlviz forum, as we have no idea how it is set up to user Graphviz.

On the other hand, if you can't run gvedit, let us know.
