We are not associated with the Ontologizer software, so these will be guesses. If you gave the path to, that may not be what Ontologizer needs. It wants the path to the dot program, which is usually installed in /usr/local/bin. The permission denied error sounds like the program is trying to write into a directory for which you don't have permissions.

I know that you have limited experience with the command line, but try opening a terminal window
Finder->Applications->Utilities-> In the terminal window, type
  /usr/local/bin/dot -V
followed by return. If this returns something like
  dot - graphviz version 2.35.0 (20130917.1242)
then dot is installed correctly. You may need to contact someone involved with ontologizer to answer your question.

I figured that was the issue, but I didn't know how to fix it. The file is there so I will fix the path I entered. Thanks for your help!
