Summary0002263: UTF-8 string on edge messed up
DescriptionUTF-8 string on node is fixed, but on edge is still a mess.

I believe the problem is that the graph file does not set the font for edges. In this case, dot will use the default Times-Roman font, which may not contain the required characters. When I add the line

  edge [fontname = "PMingLiu"]

the output on Windows looks fine.

If this doesn't fix the problem on your machine, let me know and I will re-open the bug report.
