Summary0002251: concentrate=true should respect sametail and samehead
DescriptionCurrenly it seems like concentrate=true break sametail and samehead
A) e.g. edge with different sametail should not be merged at tail end
B) if sametail/samehead are identical at least the arrow should be merged (possible only for edgeds with identical tailarrows, but thy should still point to same place on shape even if concentrate select not to merge)
Steps To Reproduce// {1 2}->B are merged though different samehead
// {2 3}->B do not merge arrow
// 4->A does not respect samehead as other ->A
digraph G1{
    rankdir=LR
    concentrate=true
    {rank=same A B 4}
    {1->2->3->4->5}->A [samehead=x]
    {1 5}->B [samehead=y]
    {2 3}->B [samehead=z]
}

// {2 3}->B do not merge arrow (like above)
// 4->A goes to center!
digraph G2{
    rankdir=LR
    concentrate=true
    {rank=same A B 4}
    {1->2->3->4->5}->A [samehead=x]
    5->B
    {2 3}->B [samehead=z]
}
Additional InformationFor same graph thing always goes wrong in the same way
For different graphs misbehavior is not completely predictable

The "Steps to reproduce" was based on 2.28 in 2.30 both examples result in 4->A incorrectly going to the center of A
