Summary0002116: Dot hangs on "large" programs
DescriptionFor "large" programs, dot is hanging on me. The graph isn't really very big, or complicated (only a couple hundred nodes). I know that it's due to the size, since if I cut out a lot of the graph, it does render correctly. As well, the other layout algorithms do work (although the output isn't very good, since the graph is directed).

Forgot to mention, that it doesn't matter what output we try generating (svg, vml, pdf, ...)

On Windows, network simplex for x assignment appears to cycle. On the Mac,
this does not occur, but then all of the ports appears to cause problems
during edge routing.

As workarounds, one can use -Gnslimit=20 and remove the unnecessary ports.

Despite all of the warning messages, the output still seems okay.
