Summary0000191: dot.exe crashes. Dr. Watson appears
Description

When re-enabling the two last lines in the end of the input-file,
dot crashes and dr. watson says
"Exception: access violation (0xc0000005), Address: 0x004384dc"

Dot is run using the command
"c:\graphviz\>dot -Tsvg -omm.svg mm.dot"

After Dr. Watson, the command prompt re-appears, no error description
from dot is visible anywhere
Additional Information

[erg] A smaller graph causing the problem is
\<A HREF="b272a.dot"\>b272a.dot\</A\>.
Removing any edge or decrementing any weight by 1 causes the problem
to go away. The core dump arises during the second network simplex
to set node positions. The obvious guess is that integer overflow is
occurring.
