Summary0001894: neato, shape=record, SVG output: invalid bytes in edge title
Description

neato generates invalid SVG document with the attached dot source.
<CD>
   neato -Tsvg -O bug-neato-edges-title.dot
</CD>

The output document (see attached file) contains random invalid bytes in edges titles.

This is probably a case of a buffer overflow when dealing with titles of sub-nodes inside record shapes.
Additional Information

I can't reproduce this with a recent development build on Linux. Either this is Windows-specific, or it has been fixed recently.

Can you try a recent development snapshot please?
