Summary0001836: dot -y produces incorrect output
Description

The described problem only seems to occur when the '-y' option is passed to dot.

Passing dot files though 'dot -y' produces an incorrect
attributed dot. With the listed version and later versions,
the attached input produces output where the nodes
are displaced with respect to the edges connecting them.

In the attached case, the arc is actually on the opposite side of the
x-axis from the nodes that it connects.

It would be great if the solution could be made available in patch form.
