Summary0001830: Dot draws edge arrow in the wrong direction
Description

In some cases Dot is drawing edges with the arrow (incorrectly) reversed.

The problem is triggered by a combination of:
<CD>
1. Surrounding graph structure
2. Existence of a label on the edge
3. Constraint set to false on the edge
</CD>

When I change any of those three conditions the problem disappears.

I generated the example output using: "dot -Tpng -o bad.png bad.dot"

This is probably a duplicate of Graphviz open bug 1645, but with a much simpler example.
(I don't know of any way to append my information to that bug).
Steps To Reproduce

digraph "Example" {
A->B;
B->C;
A->D;
E->C [label="E->C", constraint=false];
D->E;
}
Additional Information

I am using the package from graphviz-rhel.repo
Problem also occurs with Graphviz 2.24.0
Problem does _NOT_ occur with Graphviz 2.16.1 (on Fedora 10 system)
Problem is not output specific (appears in both SVG and PNG output).
