Summary0001800: SVG Output ignores outputOrder
Description

Currently the SVG export does not use the information in outputOrder (edgesfirst, nodesfirst)
to sort the resulting output.

Technically it should be no problem, as in SVG you just need to put the edges below the nodes (nodesfirst) or vice versa (edgesfirst) and stuff should be as expected.

Thanks,
  Christopher

This works fine for me with SVG. As a guess, are you using "outputOrder" as the attribute name? If so, try using "outputorder".
If that's not the problem, please submit a sample input, the bad SVG output and the command you used. Thanks.
