Summary0001794: arrowtail=diamond does no effect

Executing the following code does just draw the line between the two nodes,
but doesn't draw the diamond:

Steps To Reproduce

digraph G { c3 -> c2 [arrowhead=none, arrowtail=diamond]; }
Additional Information

This is for version 2.26 and the current version 2.27
Same code works well for 2.24

The arrowhead behavior you saw in 2.24 was actually due to a bug, which was fixed late last year. Basically, which arrows
are drawn depends on the dir attribute. By default, dir=forward for directed graphs, which means an arrow glyph, specified
by arrowhead, is drawn on the head end, and nothing is drawn at the tail, which is what you are seeing, since you specified
arrowhead=none. To get the effect you want, just set dir=back or both.
