|Summary||0001775: sfdp crashes when -Goverlap=scale or scalexy is used|
When sfdp is used with -Goverlap=scale or -Goverlap=scalexy, segfaults occur.
Given that your input graph has 87000 nodes and the nodes are not drawn as points, using overlap=scale is going to
cause an enormous blow-up and the bug probably involves numerical overflow or
something related. For large graphs, the only practicable
value for overlap is prism.
[erg] The problem was that memory was being exhausted. The scale
code was using realloc rather than RALLOC. That has been changed,
so now sfdp will exit instead of crash.
