Summary0001636: Filled, rounded box doesn't get multiple peripheries
Description

If a node is shaped as a box, with rounded and filled styles and 2
peripheries, it gets displayed correctly except for there only being
one periphery.

Removing any of box, rounded or filled restores the missing periphery
(i.e. this is a minimal repro).

Problem discovered with neato, but the same thing happens with dot.
Steps To Reproduce

graph G {
    foo [shape=box, style="rounded, filled", peripheries=2];
}
