Summary0000162: Cutting recentl changed node generates error trap in Windows

I am new. Dotty generates dot errors in the following situation:

I was trying out shape attributes on a solitary node.
The kind of node you get when you happen to click, so a N12 or whatever.

I set the attribute shape=rect with dotty.
Then I right clicked and 'cut' the node.

Windows pops up a 'dot has generated errors and will be closed' window.

I did this twice deliberately, so it seems to be real ;)

Additional Information

[erg] The problem is that 'cut' causes dotty to invoke dot, which does not
recognize the shape 'rect'. This version of dot core dumps on unrecognized
shapes (since fixed). This causes lefty's parser to fail, and it prints
the error message. The current version of dot emits a warning message.

Well its like the joke about the patient's complaint:

Patient: Doctor, my arm hurts when I hold it like this. What do you recommend?
Doctor: Don't hold it that way.
