|Platform||OS||x86-Windows-Version 6.0 (Build 6||OS Version|
|Summary||0001593: dot.exe:16820): Pango-WARNING ... "Times Roman Not-Rotated"|
I was using 2.20.3 VERY happily on one machine. I now have a new
machine and have downloaded and installed 2.22.2 on it. When I use
dot -Gcharset=latin1 -Tjpg -O %1 2>%2
on the graph enclosed below, I get the following error message:
(dot.exe:1292): Pango-WARNING **: couldn't load font
"Times Roman Not-Rotated 8", falling back to
"Sans Not-Rotated 8", expect ugly output.
On the old machine, with 2.20.3, I have no problem.
What should I do to fix this problem? (I have put the dot command
into an automated generation script, and if the error stream is not
empty, my process stops :-(
PS: I think that DOT is fantastic -- it is an incredibly useful tool
which has saved me hundreds, if not thousands of hours, which I
would otherwise have spent messing around with a mouse in some
awful WYSIWYG program... THANK YOU!
[arif] Problem with default font name was fixed in developer version of Graphviz.
Please remove all installed versions of Graphviz from your computer and get
the latest developer version.
