Summary0000147: Cannot create JPEG output while PNG works, for instance
Description

When I run
<CD>
  dot -Tjpg -o all_paths.jpg all_paths.dot
</CD>
I get the following error message
<CD>
  gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error:
  Maximum supported image dimension is 65500 pixels
</CD>

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or really a limitation in the used
JPEG library.

I find it odd that I can, for instance, create a PNG image. By the way:
Is it a known problem that PNG images created with dot cannot be opened
in Mozilla and Adobe Photoshop (both report errors in the image)?
