Summary0001441: unknown color I didn't specify

The below graph produces a black square and the output:
Warning: lightgrey is not a known color.
Warning: white is not a known color.

I didn't ask for lightgrey or white in my graph; they're just some of the default colors graphviz uses in graphs. But graphviz should always pick these from the X11 color scheme, not whatever scheme the user may have picked.
Steps To Reproduce

digraph unknown_color {
    graph [colorscheme=blues4]
Additional Information

[ellson] He knows what the problem is. He selected an indexed color scheme from the brewer colors
where that colorscheme does not include white.

He argues, probably reasonably, that our default colors should always come from the x11 set and not rely on them
being available in the current colorscheme.

This is not something I've broken.

However, I will certainly be fixing this with inkpot, which allows for unions of colorschemes.
