Summary0001299: No loadimage plugin for "png:gdiplus"
Description

Command line:
dot -Tpng -O me.txt

I would like to layout a graph with an image for each node, however I get the message
Warning: No loadimage plugin for "png:gdiplus"
(and the same for bmp and gif)
Is the loadimage not implemented or is there another way to do it?
Steps To Reproduce

graph {
 a [image="a.png"]
 b [image="b.png"]
 a -- b
}
Additional Information

[ellson] we don't have any imageloaders for the gdiplus renderer yet. Can you use -Tpng:cairo or -Tpng:gd ?

[erg] This and bug 1330 are most likely related the the .msi package
for Windows which, at present, lacks cairo, fontconfig and other
features such as image loading.

The fix is to discourage users from using this package until it is
complete.
