gd, zlib, freetype, libpng, are separate packages, not originally from AT&T. See:

That said, we STRONGLY, STRONGLY suggest that you don't build graphviz from source on Windows.
The only reason for doing this, unless you really like inflicting pain on yourself, is if you want to modify
something in the Graphviz source. For most uses, you should just grab one of the binary packages at
