Summary0001187: SVG output uses inappropriate font
Description

SVG generation seems to ignore the fontname property. For example,
I set
  node [fontname="Times-Roman"];
yet this seems to be ignored.

The resulting SVG uses a font family "Nimbus Roman No9 L",
which isn't very portable.

<text text-anchor="middle" x="33" y="-283" style="font-family:Nimbus Roman No9 L;font-weight:regular;font-size:11.34pt;">blah</text>

It would be helpful if a more generic font-family was used by default
and if the font-family were alterable.

(This is on a Debian sid machine.)

Cheers,

Paul.
