Summary0001022: margin too big
Description

when invoking dot (even with margin=0) it nevertheless creates margins.
With margin=0 I assume to have a bounding box around the output,
that is a rectabgle, fitting to the edges of the picture without
additional whitespace surrounding!

when using such too-big-margin'ed objects in e.g. LaTeX I got bad results.
It's necessary to have a zero-margin output to set fine printed texts!
Additional Information

[erg] The problem is that the bounding box for the whole graph is
too large. The actual size is 718x829 but the bounding box is set to 956x1104.

Note that there is a secondary bug. There is a cluster with a white
border. Since we use the border and margin in the bounding box calculation,
we get a larger box than the one actually visible in postscript. We should
not try to handle the case when the border color is the same as the background,
but if the color is transparent, we could ignore the boundary and margin in
calculating the bounding box.
