windows package

In the actual windows package there is no gv2gml utility which is described in the manuals.
One year ago I mentioned that in the bug and issue tracking, but there is no answer or reaction until now.

If a made the changes correctly, gv2gml will appear in tomorrow's package.

Close. gv2gml is in the package, but gets installed at the Graphviz root level rather than in Graphviz2.29/bin. I should be able to fix this for tomorrow, but for now you can just move the file into the bin directory.
