Windows based build

In trying to build under visual studio 2013, I am following the directions...

However, lib/gd, lib/ann as is lib/GTS are missing, where are they? or are they dead.

the problem is, multiple files include gd.h

Any suggestions?

There has been some

There has been some discussion recently about cleaning up the Windows build so that users can easily build from source. Take a look at the comments at https://github.com/ellson/graphviz/issues/36. This will describe the assumptions. These include the assumptions that you have the source for the gd, ann and GTS libraries on your machine, as these are built as part of the process. It also assumes you have installed binary packages for GTK++ and Qt.
