Multicolor edges

Is this a version related issue?

[email protected]:/var/www$ cat mline
digraph G {
a -> b [dir=both color="red:blue"]
c -> d [dir=none color="green:red;0.25:blue"]
}
[email protected]:/var/www$ dot -Tsvg mline -o mline.svg
Warning: red;0.25 is not a known color.

I'm the apt-gotten version on Debian 7. The graph syntax is copied directly from http://www.graphviz.org/doc/info/attrs.html#d:color
I'd prefer not to compile a new version if I can stick with the version from apt-get.

Sorry, yes, the parallel edge

Sorry, yes, the parallel edge color was added in 2005, but the serial version wasn't added until late 2012, I believe.
