Graphviz Mediawiki install generates error when viewing markup results.

Mediawiki: 1.22.6
PHP: 5.5.9
MySQL: 5.5.37
Ubuntu: 14.04.1

Graphviz: 1.0 (2014-05-28)

-Localsettings.php updated per step 3.
-Special version page and extensions versions checked
-Configuration paths appear to be in order and are the same or similar to items on the installation page.

When entering the basic 'Hello World' graphviz example and selecting preview the following is returned: "/bin/bash: /usr/bin/dot: No such file or directory"
When attempting mscgen the following is returned:"/bin/bash: mscgen: command not found"
Using a Neato example get the following: "/bin/bash: /usr/bin/neato: No such file or directory"

I have limited experience in Linux and Mediawiki and have managed to troubleshoot almost all issues on my own with the exception of this. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.

This is more a question of using Mediawiki. You should post your question there.

That said, it seems clear that you need to tell Mediawiki where it can find dot, neato and mscgen. Dot and neato are Graphviz programs, and Mediawiki appears to be looking for them in /usr/bin. If they are not installed there, you will need to tell Mediawiki where to find them. I believe on Linux systems they are usually installed in /usr/local/bin. I have no idea what mscgen is.
